This oil is from a traditional family farm in Apulia. It's made with the traditional Agrumato method by crushing fresh basil with ripe Ogliarola Barese and Coratina olives. On top of this, the olives are pressed within six hours of picking. This prevents the olives from oxidizing and prevents fermentation. By taking these extra steps, the oil retains its extraordinary purity and incredible taste without any added ingredients or flavoring!
