We are a purveyor of gifts for the aviation and travel enthusiast and offer travel-inspired apparel, bags, travel accessories, travel guides, Minnesota Made Local Goods and collectible scale model aircraft. Our collectible scale model aircraft brands include Gemini Jets, Herpa Wings, Hogan, Inflight 200, JC Wings, NG Models, Phoenix and Skymarks Products. Order Processing Times
All orders received will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement as long as the item is in stock. Items that are in-stock are denoted in the product description by:

If a special order item is unavailable, we will notify you via e-mail as soon as possible.
Please note, if your order contains a combination of Pre-Order, In-Stock or Special Order items, your order will ship once all of the items have arrived our warehouse.
We consider business days for shipping purposes to be Monday through Friday. Holidays are excluded as business days. Special order items usually ship 5-10 business days after order placement.
Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with Mail/Freight Carrier tracking information. We offer order tracking to provide the most up to date information on your order. We want to keep you informed as to when you can expect your order to arrive!
All orders are inspected to ensure they are in a satisfactory condition prior to leaving our warehouse! We take pride in providing the highest quality aircraft model products to our customers!
Many die-cast models are limited edition, meaning quantities will sell out fast! This is why we highly encourage pre-orders. Most items listed in our Pre-Orders Section contain an expected arrival date. This is based on the information we have received and is an approximate date for when the order is expected to arrive at our warehouse. Some manufacturers do not provide expected arrival dates. Inflight200 pre-orders are usually available 3–5 months after announcement. JC Wings sometimes does not provide arrival dates; the expected time frame for availability can vary. Please note that arrival dates are subject to change. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Please note a 25% re-stock fee maybe charged for Pre-Order cancellations.
We currently accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club International, and JCB Credit Cards. We also accept Paypal! We do not accept personal checks, traveler's checks, or cash.
All payments are processed at the time of order placement (including pre-orders).
All orders have a 30-day return policy from the date your item is received. Broken items that are considered to be defective according to our Defective Item Policy will be replaced. However, if you decide to return an item that is delivered in satisfactory condition (same condition as it leaves the factory), a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping costs will not be refunded. DG Pilot will not be responsible for items damaged during return transit. Buyer assumes risk for damage that may occur during return shipping. All items are photographed prior to leaving our warehouse for quality control and to ensure we deliver the best possible product! If you receive an item(s) that arrive damaged, and were not in that condition prior to leaving our warehouse, please keep the original box and packaging, and notify us as soon as possible (no later than 30 days) after the receipt of your item.
Defective Item Policy
Items may be considered defective for reasons including broken or missing parts, smudged/crooked paint, and incorrect/partial aircraft registration.
An Item Will Not Be Considered Defective for the Following Reasons
1) Improper Cockpit Placement: Too high/too low.
2) Polished metal variations, or glossiness of the clear coat.
3) Wheels that do not touch the floor when the item is on a flat surface.
4) Wheels that do not turn or float, even if designed to do so.
5) Surface imperfections which are not visible with the model displayed on its wheels or stand including tiny rub marks, tiny amounts of excessive glue.
6) Issues that are not noticeable under normal viewing/lighting conditions without a magnifying glass or spot lighting.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted for exchange on any model in which any modifications/repairs such as attempting to repair the engines, gear, etc. have been attempted by the purchaser. If it is broken, it's best to send it to us in the broken condition instead of attempting the repair as our return policy does not cover modifications or repair attempts made by the purchaser.
Foreign Tariffs and Charges
We are not responsible for any foreign tariffs that maybe charged during the delivery of packages to countries outside of the United States of America. We do not have control over these tariffs.
Rewards Program Redemption
We invite you to participate in our Rewards Program. Please note that Rewards Points cannot be combined or redeemed in the same transaction with a discount coupon. Rewards Points certificates may only be used after they have been redeemed. Abuse of this policy may lead to suspension, or permanent removal as a member of our Rewards Program.
