Our linguine is made from the best hard wheat semolina in the world. The process begins with a dough of wheat semolina and water. The dough is then pressed through a mold. This gives the pasta a slightly rougher surface to hold the sauce better. Afterwards, the pasta is dried for hours at a low temperature. This artisanal preparation method ensures that the nutrients and flavor remain better preserved.
The linguine is ideal for serving with garlic, olive, and chili (peperoncino in Italian). But of course, it also tastes great with vegetables, meat, or seafood!
